My Method

My approach blends Evolutionary Astrology, intuition, embodied wisdom, and energetic insight.

Evolutionary Astrology is a soul-centered approach that views the birth chart as a map of your growth, gifts, challenges, and life journey. I use astrology as a tool for self-understanding, healing, and personal evolution.

I also intuitively read the chart. While every placement tells a story, I am often drawn to the themes, patterns, and messages that feel most relevant to you in the present moment. Alongside the astrology, I blend energetic insight into the reading, which may come through as impressions, feelings, images, or channeled wisdom that add depth and clarity.

My Intuitive Guidance sessions, however, create more space to explore what may be happening beneath the surface. While astrology may still be used as a guide, these sessions focus more deeply on energetics and the questions weighing most heavily on your heart and mind.

My work is also woven with lived experience. Many of the lessons I speak about are not concepts I have simply studied—they are lessons I have personally navigated and integrated through my own transformations. For me, wisdom becomes most meaningful when it is lived and embodied.

My study of astrology spans over 20 years, beginning with independent self-study and evolving into more focused practice and formal training over the past 6 years. Along the way, I have learned from a range of astrologers, teachings, and intuitive development practices that have shaped the way I work today.

I have trained with Evolutionary Astrologer Steven Forrest through the Forrest Center for Evolutionary Astrology (FCEA) and a live, weeklong workshop at the Omega Institute. I have also studied intuitive development under Evolutionary Astrologer and Intuitive, Kay Taylor, deepening my ability to blend intuition with astrological practice.
